Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and handling customer interactions with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Attributes & Qualifications:

Extensive Customer Service Experience

  • Minimum of [1–3]+ years in a customer service role, ideally in a fast-paced or client- focused environment.

QuickBooks Proficiency

  • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks is required. Must be comfortable navigating the platform for tasks such as invoicing, payments, customer account management, and reporting.

Microsoft Office Expertise

  • Advanced experience in Excel (data entry, formulas, reporting) and Outlook (email communication, calendar management, and task organization).

Professional Communication Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Able to clearly and calmly resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive, helpful attitude.

Detail-Oriented and Organized

  • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency.

Problem Solver

  • Proactive in identifying solutions and following through to ensure customer satisfaction.
