What We’re Looking For:
✔ 4+ years as a multifamily Property Manager
✔ 2+ years of new construction lease-up experience
✔ Experience managing communities of 250+ units
✔ Strong leadership, financial, and operational skills
✔ Bilingual in Spanish a huge plus
✔ Yardi Voyager/RENTCafe experience preferred
