We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Full Time Client Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, managing sales processes, and supporting the overall operations of our boutique.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Process Management:

Welcome customers warmly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and service.

  • Act as a sales consultant by informing customers about our products, presenting merchandise, and guiding them towards making a purchase.
  • Handle cash register operations efficiently, including processing sales transactions, returns, and exchanges.

Customer Assistance:

  • Assist, guide, and inform customers by providing accurate product information and personalized recommendations.
  • Offer a high-quality service experience by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

Merchandise Management:

  • Maintain and organize merchandise in the sales area and stockroom.
  • Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Replenish stock and manage inventory to ensure product availability.

Boutique Operations Support:

  • Support all administrative and operational activities of the boutique, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in promotional activities and special events to drive sales.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
